When you send a project inquiry, Marvelous Smart Consulting stores your name, organization, email, industry, organization type, selected engagement, and the challenge or goals you describe. If you complete the optional project context, your decision role, organization size, timing, and referral source are also stored. Your submission also includes a timestamp, reference number, privacy acknowledgement, and research preference. Typing into the form without sending it does not save a draft to our database. Temporary anti-abuse counters use a hashed network identifier; expired counters are removed as new submissions arrive and are excluded from research exports.
Submissions are retained to respond to inquiries, understand potential projects, and maintain business records and follow-up notes. If you choose the optional research permission, your response may also be used in de-identified internal research into organizational needs, industry trends, and consulting services. You can send an inquiry without granting research permission.
The records page and exports are restricted to the website owner. Data is stored using the site's hosted Cloudflare database infrastructure. Exports downloaded by the owner are separate copies.
Names, email addresses, and identifying business details are not intended for research publication. Do not submit passwords, payment details, personal records about employees or clients, or confidential material that you are not authorized to share. This form does not accept file attachments.
To request a correction, removal of a submission, or withdrawal of research permission, send a new project inquiry describing your request and include your original submission reference number. Do not include unnecessary sensitive details. Your request will need to be reviewed by the website owner.
